Turn and Burn Cardio
Turn & Burn combines body weight and resistance exercises mixed with intervals of
cycling, to create an exciting workout. Cycling will be distributed by sprinting, hill climbing and other
techniques to burn maximum calories.
Strength Interval Core
This total-body workout helps you increase muscle tone through muscular endurance exercises. Each class challenges your muscles with exercises using various pieces of resistance equipment including weights, bands, body bars, and more. High repetitions and low weight help tone muscles. You'll also work on proper technique.
Silver Sneakers Classic Active Older Adults
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
TRX Interval/Circuit
Perfect blend of strength and cardio. TRX addresses the foundations of improving your cardio, building muscular endurance, and promoting weight loss. This quintessential TRX experience will lead you down the road to your best all around fitness.
Cycle Cycling
Motivating instruction and driving music will keep you energized as we bring an outdoor cycle experience in doors. We will lead you through a workout comprised of hill climbing, flat terrain and aerobic intervals. Each workout is different as the instructor picks the terrain and sets the goals for each class.
Zumba Choreographed Cardio
This workout combines high energy and motivating music with synchronized dance movements designed for any fitness level. Zumba incorporates Salsa, Hip-Hop, Meringue, Cha-Cha, Belly dancing, Flamenco and more in a cardio format that makes exercising fun.

RPM - Les Mills Cycling
The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within- sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all Les Mills programs, a new RPM class is released every three months with new music and choreography.
Tai Chi Spirit, Mind, Body
Tai Chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. In fact, because tai chi is low impact, it may be especially suitable if you're an older adult who otherwise may not exercise.
Enhance Fitness Active Older Adults
Enhance Fitness is a fitness class for Active Older Adults, especially those with Arthritis, to help improve strength and range of motion for daily tasks.
Zumba Choreographed Cardio
This workout combines high energy and motivating music with synchronized dance movements designed for any fitness level. Zumba incorporates Salsa, Hip-Hop, Meringue, Cha-Cha, Belly dancing, Flamenco and more in a cardio format that makes exercising fun.
Barre Bootcamp Choreographed Cardio
A combination of strength, flexibility and cardio this class works the whole body from head to toe. Elements of classical ballet, yoga and deep stretching are used to sculpt and define muscle tone. Great for all levels and abilities. No prior knowledge of ballet necessary.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*.
