Program Options
Personal training options at the Y are tailored to help you meet your specific needs and goals. Choose the option that fits you best:
- Good: 30- or 60-minute sessions in a Single Session program
- Better: 30- or 60-minute sessions in a Month-to-Month program
- Best: 30- or 60-minute sessions in a 3-Month program. Save more than 15% off Single Session rates with this package.
Personal training can be scheduled for up to three sessions per week. Virtual and in-person options are available.

Fitness Challenges
Fitness challenges are a fun way to meet your goals and stay motivated. Work as a team to accomplish goals through group training sessions, which include new exercises and nutritional guidance. Measure your progress with pre- and post-program assessments, and push yourself with some friendly competition.
