Fitness challenges are a fun way to meet your goals and stay motivated. Work as a team to accomplish goals through group training sessions, which include new exercises and nutritional guidance. Measure your progress with pre- and post-program assessments and see how you stack up against the competition. Formats for fitness challenges may vary by center.

As soon as I entered, I noticed signs advertising nutrition classes, healthy living coaches, exercise classes and a program called Kids Zone.
