There's lots of buzz these days about cannabidiol (CBD), which is derived from hemp. Driving that buzz was the March 2018 FDA approval of a form of CBD, followed by December 2018 legislation that removed hemp from the list of controlled substances. So what does it do? Many claim it relieves pain and reduces stress. What can it do for you? Or a loved one?
Local CBD retailer Amanda Reese will explain the history and the ins and outs of CBD. And she will provide some free samples, including fresh-brewed CBD coffee. This session is open to all Y members. Please sign up in the blue AOA binder located at the Coaches Station next to the Welcome Center.
