Strengthen your core and and increase flexibility with Pilates. This class uses a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises to improve muscle tone, muscle balance, posture and flexibility, which can improve how you feel as you complete activities of daily living. The body's core muscles-- the abs, back, and hips-- are the focus. All levels from athletes to active older adults can benefit from Pilates. Exercises are also designed to unite body and mind.

Green Book is the real-life account of Jamaican born pianist Don Shirley's musical tour through the Deep South during the Jim Crow era. Shirley enlists the services of rough and tough New Your City bouncer as his personal chauffeur and bodyguard as he performs jazz piano. While the duo's personalities and lifestyles clash at first, their bond on the road strengthens as they each navigate the culture shock and harsh racism of the 1960s in their own ways. There's lots of buzz these days about cannabidiol (CBD), which is derived from hemp. Driving that buzz was the March 2018 FDA approval of a form of CBD, followed by December 2018 legislation that removed hemp from the list of controlled substances. So what does it do? Many claim it relieves pain and reduces stress. What can it do for you? Or a loved one?

Join your friends on a fun-filled day trip to Warm Springs Ranch, home of the Budweiser Clydesdales. Our first stop will be a delicious lunch at Les Bourgeois in Rocheport, followed by a wine tasting. After lunch, we will depart for nearby Warm Springs Ranch. On our guided tour of the complex, get up close and personal with these gentle giants, as we learn the history of the breed. You will also find our about what goes into the development and training of a Budweiser Clydesdale. Next, free time to shop and visit the Hospitality Barn for soft drink or samples of the company's brews. On the way home, we will stop at Russell Stovers. Tour price includes round trip motorcoach transportation, lunch, tour of Warm Springs Ranch and staff escort.
