Cycle Cycling
Motivating instruction and driving music will keep you energized as we bring an outdoor cycle experience in doors. We will lead you through a workout comprised of hill climbing, flat terrain and aerobic intervals. Each workout is different as the instructor picks the terrain and sets the goals for each class.

Enhance Fitness Active Older Adults
Enhance Fitness is a fitness class for Active Older Adults, especially those with Arthritis, to help improve strength and range of motion for daily tasks.
Silver Sneakers Yoga Spirit, Mind, Body
Silver Sneakers Yoga will improve your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Kettle & Core Strength Training
Get a full body workout using a Kettle Bell and then end the class with some rock, solid core!
Turbo Kick Live Cardio
combines traditional cardio kickboxing moves with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for an unbelievable calorie burn. Learn hard-hitting combos and edgy dance moves while torching fat and carving lean, sexy muscles. You’ll leave every class dripping sweat and ready to conquer anything!
H.I.I.T Strength Training
High Intensity Interval Training - Cross Training Class- This is a training technique in which you give all-out 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
Zumba Cardio
This workout combines high energy and motivating music with synchronized dance movements designed for any fitness level. Zumba incorporates Salsa, Hip-Hop, Meringue, Cha-Cha, Belly dancing, Flamenco and more in a cardio format that makes exercising fun.

Tabata offers short bursts of peak effort using the formula of a work/rest ratio of 2:1. The class includes alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise. They have even shorter, less-intense recovery periods. With a variety of exercises and methods for this training, you’ll always be targeting major muscle groups for a whole body workout.

Junior Lifeguard Training

to
First of four sessions. Meets weekly on Saturdays through March 6.
If you love to swim and care about the safety of others, we invite you to train to be a Junior Lifeguard. The course will help you gain the confidence and knowledge to apply for a lifeguard position at 16 years old. This program combines education with recreation, plus covers the technical skills of lifeguarding and the interpersonal skills to work with members and guests. Participants will learn about water safety, swim instruction, lifeguard skills, and leadership on the pool deck.
