The Olathe Family YMCA is the only YMCA of Greater Kansas City location to offer 24/7 access! 24/7 access is an optional feature to add to any of our memberships. During unstaffed hours, you will have access to:

Our team will continue to be onsite during our regular hours, offering great benefits like free group exercise classes, three free coaching sessions, indoor pools for exercise and recreation, free Kids Zone with family membership, and more!
Becoming a Y member is easy and takes just a few minutes. Start by selecting the Y location and the best membership type for you. All memberships include unlimited group exercise and water fitness classes, plus access to all 10 area locations, including the new Kirk Family YMCA in Downtown KCMO.
To add 24/7 access to your membership, join in person at the Olathe Family YMCA and sign the 24/7 access agreement when you join. Or join online and visit the Olathe Y during staffed hours to sign the agreement to add 24/7 access.* Get a head start by reviewing the 24/7 access agreement. You can print, sign and bring it to the Y, or sign at the Y.
*24/7 access is available to YMCA of Greater Kansas City members only (Wellhub users or YMCA Nationwide Membership visitors are not eligible). Please review the 24/7 Access Agreement carefully, as guidelines will be strictly enforced to help ensure a positive and safe environment for all. Please note: Full locker rooms are not available during after-hours access.
