As part of the Y’s Early Education and Head Start team, you’ll discover the joys of helping kids learn, stay physically active and giving them a healthy snack or meal that many of them may not have at home. You’ll prepare preschool-aged children for success in school and be a connection that kids need to feel accepted, safe and welcome in a diverse environment, and help them build positive self-esteem and sense of self-worth. Overall, you’ll be part of delivering the Y’s mission to provide quality early education to all in need, regardless of their financial resources.
