At the Y, we know parents need a break from time to time. With Kids Night Out, parents enjoy a night out while kids engage in fun and safe activities at the Y. Kids enjoy games, crafts, dinner, swimming and more centered around a unique monthly theme.

To elevate care, compassion and empathy for those with dementia, we must first gain an understanding of what dementia is and how the individual with dementia feels. The Dementia Live™ program provides an "inside-out" understanding of dementia enabling participants to experience and feel what it might be like to struggle with any level of cognitive impairment. The experience takes 30 minutes to complete.
