What is Member Orientation?
When you join the Y, you receive up to three one-on-one sessions with a Y Healthy Living Coach as part of Member Orientation. Sessions will help you find the best path for your wellness journey. They're personalized to help set fitness, wellness, and lifestyle goals that are important to you.
Sessions can include:
- A wellness assessment to set personal goals
- A body composition analysis using our InBody digital analysis tool (a $45 value)
- Fitness equipment orientation – what’s the best equipment to use, safely and effectively
- Plus a preview of group exercise class options and information on other Y programs that are a fit for you.
