Celebrate Thanksgiving with your friends at the Olathe Family YMCA’s November potluck. Enjoy great fellowship with friends, a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner and our annual Thanksgiving Trivia game. We encourage you to bring your friends. Stop by The Welcome Center and sign up to reserve your spot and for a side dish or dessert. Christmas Trip to Lawrence

This year’s Christmas trip features The Haygoods, the most popular show in Branson. They’ll perform their special Christmas show at The Lied Center in Lawrence for one night only. It features the tight harmonies, performances on over 20 instruments, and energetic choreography that create audience acclaim at their home theater in Branson. Before the show we’ll enjoy dinner at The Merchants Pub and Plate, housed in a building that was once a bank. On the drive back to Olathe we’ll view local Christmas lighting. Register in the blue three-ring binder at the Coaches Station. There are only 46 seats. To guarantee your spot, make payment at the Welcome Center. No refunds will be possible after November 1. $100/person + $2-$3 driver gratuity until Nov. 1, $118 thereafter. Includes transportation, dinner, ”The Haygoods” Christmas show, tour of local Christmas lights, staff escort.

New Dinner Theatre

New Theatre Restaurant - The Adventures of Robin Hood
Join friends for a fantastic dinner and show at the New Theatre Restaurant. Ticket includes dinner, show, drink gratuity and staff escort. Tickets will be available a week prior to the show at the Olathe YMCA. Transportation is on your own. No refunds after December 20th unless a replacement is found for your ticket.

Silver Sneakers Yoga Active Older Adults

Silver Sneakers Yoga will improve your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

This workout combines high energy and motivating music with synchronized dance movements designed for any fitness level. Zumba incorporates Salsa, Hip-Hop, Meringue, Cha-Cha, Belly dancing, Flamenco and more in a cardio format that makes exercising fun.

Silver Sneakers Circuit Active Older Adults

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Silver Sneakers Yoga will improve your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement.
