Join your friends for some BINGO fun at the Olathe Y! There will be prizes for this FREE event so come out and have some fun. Space is limited to 24 people for social distancing. Masks will be required. Register by November 10th, by visiting or calling the Welcome Center at 913-393-9622 or register online.

Silver Sneakers Circuit Active Older Adults

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

This class is geared toward people with arthritis.  It focuses on strength, balance, and cardiovascular health.  It is an evidence-based class that requires a pre/post assessment to show your results over a 16 week period.
