Free class for older adults who are MEMBERS of the Y and are concerned about falling or have fallen.This class will help with viewing falls as controllable, setting goals for increased activity and improving balance, flexibility and strength. You can make changes at home to reduce fall risk. Class is led by a North Kansas City Hospital Registered Nurse.

This class is for those who want to increase activity and exercise and can walk independently (a cane is okay). Not appropriate for those with dementia.

Class is 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. every Monday, March 27 through May 15.

Join us at the New Theatre & Restaurant in Overland Park, Kansas, as we see "Condo-monium." Lunch, one choice of soda, coffee, or tea, and the show are included in the registration cost. Dessert or premium drinks can be purchased at the theater, if desired.
 
Transportation is NOT provided for this event. We will meet in the lobby at 11:30 a.m. for seating, lunch begins at 12 p.m., and the show will start at 1 p.m. Please register at the North Kansas City YMCA Welcome Center. 
 
No refunds will be given and no more tickets can be sold after the registration deadline on March 14.
