Youth Development (Y Club and Day Camp)
If you have a passion for youth and want to help foster achievement, relationships and belonging, the Youth Development team is for you. Our Y Club before and after school and Summer Day Camp program team members are enthusiastic about their work because they positively impact kids daily. Positions include Youth Leaders, Site Supervisors, Assistant Site Supervisors and Day Camp Counselors.
Aquatics
Have a passion for the water? Lifeguards watch over the safety of children and families in our pools. Swim Lessons Instructors teach people of all ages and abilities to improve their skills, develop confidence and create a life-long enjoyment of swimming and water safety. Positions include Lifeguards, Swim Lessons Instructors and Swim Team Coaches. Need to get or renew your lifeguard certification? The Y provides FREE lifeguard training and certification—a $350 value.
Head Start and Early Education
Join the Y’s Early Education and Head Start team. You’ll work with others who are passionate about creating a welcoming, safe, family atmosphere for young children in our communities. Available positions include Teachers, Teacher Assistants, Family Advocates and more. Year-round and school-year positions are available.
Healthy Living
Are you passionate about helping others improve their health and wellness? Help people of all ages and abilities develop a healthy lifestyle and attitude, and feel better in spirit, mind and body. Available positions include Personal Trainers, Healthy Living Coaches and Group Exercise Instructors.
Membership
With locations throughout the metro, the Y welcomes the community to our membership facilities. If you're passionate about connecting with people and helping them connect with others, the Y’s membership positions are for you. Positions include Membership Engagement Representatives, Building Monitors, Child Watch and more.
Leadership and Support
There are many opportunities to lead and support the work of one of the largest nonprofit organizations. Positions in People Services, Accounting, Finance and IT support the work of our centers and programs. Leadership positions inspire, grow and develop Y associates in all areas.
