AGES: 5-12
TIME: 6:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
FEES: Weekly rates are $70 before only, $85 after only, $90 before and after. One-time registration fee is $75 for most sites, $35 for free and reduced sites.
PART TIME FEES: Weekly rates are $56 before only, $68 after only, $72 before and after.
REGISTRATION: Y Club registration for the 2020-21 school year is open.

Registration is available for full-time care before school, after school or both. Limited part-time care spots are available. Please submit a paper registration form for part-time enrollment.

Y Club Academy before and after school now offers learning support and academic enrichment for grades K-6 in a fun environment with new health and safety protocol. Programs offer a solution for working families needing school-age child care or any family seeking academic support as a result of the changes from COVID-19.

Registration closes when a site reaches capacity. If a site capacity is reached you may request to be placed on the interest list. Minimum program enrollment numbers must be met for a program to occur.

Paper Registration Forms

Online registration has ended for this school year. Please download and submit the registration form using the button below. 

Please note, paper registration forms are always required for families requesting part-time care, families who are paying with DCF Kansas state funds or families applying for YMCA financial assistance.

There is a separate registration form for Y Club sites offering reduced lunch rates. Paper forms are required for families who qualify for free and reduced lunch and are requesting a scholarship. Please submit a copy of your free or reduced lunch letter
from the school district along with your registration form.

Emergency Information Packet

All Y Club participants must have a completed Emergency Information Packet on site. Download and complete the emergency packet below for your child and bring it to Y Club on your first day.
