AOA Potluck

Back by popular demand: we will be hosting a monthly AOA potluck. The YMCA will provide sandwiches, coffee, tea, and lemonade. Members can sign up to bring a side.
Please sign up at the sheet at the Welcome Center or email laurencrome@kansascityymca.org by the Monday before the potluck, so we have a headcount.

This 6-week course, taught by Clay County Senior Services, will help participants overcome some of mental and physical barriers caused by chronic pain, so they can live their healthiest life. Class is every Wednesday from January 18 to February 22. Last day for registration is January 11.
