At the Y, we know parents need a break from time to time. With Kids Night Out, parents enjoy a night out while kids engage in fun and safe activities at the Y. Kids enjoy games, crafts, dinner, swimming and more centered around a unique monthly theme.

This family-friendly race held in conjunction with the Amelia Earhart Festival begins and ends in front of the Atchison Family YMCA. The race is open to all, including strollers and wheelchairs. The 2K course is mostly flat with one hill up and one hill down.

Join the Atchison Family YMCA/Cray Community Center for some summer fun and friendly competition! Create a team of 4-6 players and compete with your peers. The winning team will receive championship shirts. Games will be held on Thursdays, starting July 25 and ending August 15, with events such as sand volleyball, track and field, swimming and cornhole. Create a team of 3 players, ages 16+, for some friendly competition on the court! Games will be held on Tuesday and Friday nights. The team that wins the championship will receive t-shirts. Register online or at the Welcome Center.
Join us for an overnight trip to St. Louis, Mo. Our first stop will be at the Chandler Hill Vineyards for brunch and a mimosa. After lunch, we will experience the National Museum of Transportation for a self-guided tour. From there, we will check-in to the Drury Inn for some time to unwind and enjoy dinner and beverages at the hotel. Next, we will enjoy an outdoor wolf informative talk, s'mores, lemonade and wolf howl at the Endangered Wolf Center. After the wolf howl, we return to the hotel.
The next day will be breakfast at the hotel before we head to Andy's Produce 3 Market to shop for produce, flowers, jams, baked goods etc. After the market, we will visit the Missouri Meerschaum Company's corn cob pipe factory and Washington Museum. Following these stops, we will have lunch at Marquardt's Landing. After lunch, we will stop at Olivino Tasting Bar for an olive oil and balsamic tasting. Our final stop will be a chocolate and wine tasting at Triple 3 Vineyard.
