The Y is currently hiring staff for Y Club before and after school programs. Full-time and part-time positions are available. For a limited time, we are offering a Sign-On Bonus of $250-$500 For Y Club, depending on the position.

For a limited time, we are offering a Sign-On Bonus of $500 for Site Supervisors and Assistant Site Supervisors and $250 for Youth Development Leaders and Youth Development Assistants. Simply submit your information and we'll reach out right away to discuss open positions.

Part-time and full-time positions are available, making jobs at the Y ideal for students and non-students alike. Y Club positions follow the school-year calendar. Camp positions begin after most colleges get out and end when it's time to go back to school.

With experience, you can grow into jobs like Youth Development Leader, Site Supervisor, Site Director or even transition into administrative and youth leadership careers based on your interests and performance. What age can be a Y Club Associate?

Y Club associates must be at least 16 years of age to be considered, but it can be a great fit for any age and at any stage of life. Our team includes everyone from entry-level associates to retirees.
