Kick it into Action

Soccer is the perfect sport to get your child active as they dribble, pass and shoot their way to fun and excitement. Y Sports offer a fun and positive experience that takes into consideration the latest public health guidelines for a safe environment. Youth sports are also a great opportunity for kids to be with friends again after this stay-at-home time.

With an emphasis on fair play and fun, soccer at the Y is progressive with age-appropriate rules to help teach the game and keep it fun at every level. Our soccer program focuses on sportsmanship and teaching the basic skills including kicking, passing, dribbling, shooting, defense and working as a team.

Bitty Soccer is also available for players ages 3-5.

Kids ages 3-5 have the opportunity to get in the game with Bitty Soccer. Kids learn the fundamentals of soccer in a fun and supportive environment through instructional practices and scrimmage games. Plus, all Bitty Sports programs are free to Y members with a household membership!

Thanks to the generosity of donors, we are able to offer financial assistance for program fees to make programs accessible to those in need. Check with your YMCA center staff to learn more.
