Through Gymnastics, children as young as 18 months develop coordination, strength and body awareness. Classes progress with age and ability. Skills covered include forward and backwards roll, cartwheel, handstand, round off, bridge, pullover, beam walking and vault jumping.
Tumblers work on balance, flexibility and routines, building from basic moves to more advanced techniques for older kids. No previous experience required.
