Fútbol Americano para Jóvenes
The Y's Youth Flag Football is now sponsored by the Kansas City Chiefs. The focus is on teamwork in a positive and structured program that takes into consideration the latest public health guidelines for a safe environment. Children learn how to throw, catch, run routes and other aspects of the game that will keep them active and develop skills such as hand-eye coordination. In addition, children will have an opportunity to develop leadership skills and build self-esteem as they learn.

With an emphasis on fair play and fun, soccer at the Y is progressive with age-appropriate rules to help teach the game and keep it fun at every level. Our soccer program focuses on sportsmanship and teaching the basic skills including kicking, passing, dribbling, shooting, defense and working as a team.
Players ages 2-5 are introduced to fundamentals of the sport through instructional practices and scrimmage games that take into consideration the latest public health guidelines for a safe environment. Programs are offered year-round and vary by center but may include cheer, baseball, basketball, flag football and soccer.

Adaptive Sports for All Abilities
Kids of all abilities have the opportunity to play sports with Y Challenger. Through baseball, basketball, bowling, flag football, soccer, tennis and fitness, ages 4-30 with special needs can stay active, learn teamwork and build confidence.
