Improve your cardio conditioning as you strengthen your muscles in this action-packed class. You'll get a total body workout through sports specific training, high intensity cardio intervals as well as speed, agility and performance training. BE CHALLENGED, BE STRONG, BE YOU!

Silver Sneakers Circuit Active Older Adults

10:30am - 11:20am (50 min)
Gymnasium with Wayland P.

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

BODYPUMP - Les Mills Choreographed Cardio

5:30pm - 6:30pm (1 hrs)

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more!

Cycle Cycling

6:30pm - 7:20pm (50 min)
Wellness Studio with Katrena R.

Motivating instruction and driving music will keep you energized as we bring an outdoor cycle experience in doors. We will lead you through a workout comprised of hill climbing, flat terrain and aerobic intervals. Each workout is different as the instructor picks the terrain and sets the goals for each class.

This class is geared toward people with arthritis.  It focuses on strength, balance, and cardiovascular health.  It is an evidence-based class that requires a pre/post assessment to show your results over a 16 week period.
