BODYPUMP - Les Mills Strength Training

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*. Chair Yoga Active Older Adults

9:00am - 10:00am (1 hrs)

This class is specifically designed for individuals who have difficulty getting up and down off of the floor. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Active Together General

All in one class with cardio, strength, balance and flexibility elements.  Combine the use of a step, adjustable dumbbells, weight plates, body weight and simple movements.

Pilates Core

Strengthen your core and and increase flexibility with Pilates. This class uses a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises to improve muscle tone, muscle balance, posture and flexibility, which can improve how you feel as you complete activities of daily living. The body's core muscles-- the abs, back, and hips-- are the focus. All levels from athletes to active older adults can benefit from Pilates. Exercises are also designed to unite body and mind.

RPM - Les Mills Cycling

The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within- sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all Les Mills programs, a new RPM class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

Pilates Core

Enhance Fitness is a fitness class for Active Older Adults, especially those with Arthritis, to help improve strength and range of motion for daily tasks.

Strength Conditioning Strength Training

Strength Conditioning: Work all your muscle groups with a variety of different exercises and equipment. This class involves a warm up, total body workout and stretching. Learn the proper way to lift weights in order to tone and strengthen your muscles.
