Adam Dunavant -
Associate Executive Director

Hometown: Wichita, Kansas

Hobbies: Kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding and reading

Maggie
Little

Senior Healthy Living Director

As Senior Healthy Living Director, Maggie enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life and helping them meet their goals. Maggie began her career at the Y in 2012, working as a youth exercise instructor, personal trainer and group exercise instructor. In May 2015, she became the Healthy Living Director at the Paul Henson Family YMCA. In November 2016, she moved into her current role, providing association-wide resources for healthy living. She also leads the Health Living team at the Kirk Family YMCA.

Maggie grew up in Kansas and Alabama and graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration. She is an ACE certified personal trainer and YMCA certified group exercise instructor. Outside of work, Maggie enjoys camping, kayaking and cheering for the Kansas City Royals and Kansas Jayhawks.

Alyssa Rock -
Aquatics Director

Lea
Williams

FACILITIES TECHNICIAN

Lea has been with the Y since 2015, working as a healthy living director, healthy living coach, fitness consultant, Y weight facilitator, diabetes prevention coach, LiveSTRONG at the YMCA coach and instructor trainer and a healthy living coordinator. 

Lea has more than 16 years of management experience and more than four years of experience as a personal trainer. Her favorite part of being at the Y is the reach that this position allows.

“Through programming, I have the opportunity to reach thousands of people in my community and help them live a better, healthier, more active life,” Lea said.

Lea’s hobbies include rock climbing and other outdoor activities, artisan bread making, corset making and painting. Lea has been a commissioned painter and also organizes fashions shows for her family’s clothing company.
