The group will discuss To Kill A Mockingbird, by Harper Lee. To Kill a Mockingbird is primarily a novel about growing up under extraordinary circumstances during the 1930s in the Southern United States. The story covers a span of three years, during which the main characters undergo significant changes.
 
You are welcomed to bring your lunch or snacks, and guests are always welcomed. You must bring your own copy.

Youth Development Services

Babysitter's Training provides youth planning to babysit with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly care for children and infants. This training will help participants to develop leadership skills, learn how to develop a babysitting business, keep themselves and others safe and help children behave, and learn about basic child care and basic first aid. The recommended age for this course is 11-15 years old. Course also includes Red Cross First Aid certification.

Join your friends to watch Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire. When the discovery of an ancient artifact unleashes an evil force, Ghostbusters new and old must join forces to protect their home and save the world from a second Ice Age.
 
Bring your own snack and drink if you want, popcorn will be provided. Space is limited to 18 for this showing so register early at the Welcome Center or online.

Our full-sized motor coach will leave the Olathe Family YMCA around 6:30 a.m. on November 11 for an Ozark Mountain Christmas. First stop is lunch at group favorite Braum's, in Ozark, MO. After lunch, we will head to the hotel to check in. Afterwards, the Titanic Museum awaits us. From there, we will head to the Dolly Parton's Stampede for preshow and dinner. After a great show, we will depart for a drive thru light display. Day two begins with a hot breakfast followed by the Clay Cooper Christmas show. We'll enjoy lunch onsite at the Hughes Brothers before the show. On our way home, the group will enjoy dinner at the famous Lambert's. We expect to arrive back in Olathe around 10 p.m.
 
Until, September 10, cost of the trip is $440 per person for double occupancy, $470 thereafter. It's $500 per person for single occupancy until September 10, $530 thereafter. The cost includes everything described above except for lunch at Braum's. Driver gratuity ($6 suggested per person) is also additional. Minimum 40 sign ups needed. No refunds after September 10.

Old-Fashioned Family Murder: In 1942, a junior homicide detective stumbles upon the murder of a famed mystery writer.
