The YMCA of Greater Kansas City is proud to partner with the Kansas City Chiefs to bring the Chiefs Training Lab Powered by GEHA to two of our Y locations.

The Chiefs Training Lab helps youth learn key components of a healthy lifestyle through interactive experiences focused on mental, physical and social health.

Visitors can warm up at the "Let's Get Moving" station, where they'll do a series of guided exercises. Other activities include an interactive experience focused on healthy eating habits and a virtual photo station.
