Join us and KC Current players at the Kirk Family YMCA for a special Heart Health Party presented by CPKC designed to empower our community with the knowledge and tools to lead heart-healthy lives.
Stop by for a fun-filled evening of activities for all ages, including KC Current player autographs, a soccer clinic, water fitness, CPR training and other heart health activities! Participants will be eligible to join the event’s raffle! Prizes include free personal training sessions, free swim lessons, KC Current tickets and more!
The goal is to raise awareness about the importance of heart health and provide participants with the resources to take control of their health. Through education, prevention strategies, and healthy lifestyle practices, CPKC aims to reduce the risk of heart disease and promote long-term wellness within our community.
Schedule of events:
3:30 p.m. - Registration Opens
3:45 p.m. - Welcome reception
4 p.m. - Heart Health activities begin (activities start every 15 minutes)
6:45 p.m. - Raffle drawing
7 p.m. - Event concludes
