The YMCA of Greater Kansas City has full-time and part-time positions eligible for a sign-on bonus for our Y Club before and after school care.

NEW: For a limited time, we are offering a Sign-On Bonus of $500 for Site Supervisors and Assistant Site Supervisors and $250 for Youth Development Leaders and Youth Development Assistants.

Hiring Events

  • Wednesday, October 4: 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Green Hills Library, 8581 N. Green Hills Road, Kansas City, MO 64154. Learn more about the Y's job opportunities in Head Start and Before and After School Y Club. Meet members of the Y's committed team and get excited about making a lasting impact on the lives of children. Available positions include Head Start Teachers and Assistants, Y Club Site Supervisors and Youth Leaders.

Y Club positions can be a great part-time job, with options to work around your passions, school or other responsibilities. Even full-time opportunities are available to work at Y Club school sites during the school year and day camps during the summer. Locations are available across Kansas City:
