Ready for new career in health and wellness? Want to start your own personal training services? The Y offers Certified Personal Training (CPT) instruction, accredited through NASM that can help you become a nationally-certified trainer. Becoming a CPT can lead to rewarding work in health and fitness, helping make a difference in people’s lives. Register by March 12, 2024.
Class is every Tuesday and Thursday from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Lazy Man Triathlon

The Lazy Man Triathlon is a month-long challenge for everyone! Participants will have the opportunity to complete a full IRONMAN throughout the course of April.
- Swimming 2.4 miles
- Biking 112 miles
- Running 26.2 miles
- All at your own pace and in your own time

Join your friends to watch "Wonka" - Armed with nothing but a hatful of dreams, young chocolatier Willy Wonka manages to change the world, one delectable bite at a time. Bring your own snack and drink if you want one, popcorn will be provided. Space is limited to 18 for this showing so register early at the Welcome Center or online. This event is FREE.
Scandinavian Flower Ornament Painting

Many Scandinavian countries celebrate the longest day of the year with a Mid-Summers Day Festival. Everyone participating will get a sheet with directions and a wooden ornament to paint. The $5 registration covers the cost of supplies.
