We will lead you through a workout comprised of hill climbing, flat terrain and aerobic intervals. Each workout is different as the instructor picks the terrain and sets the goals for each class.

This class uses a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises to improve muscle tone, muscle balance, posture and flexibility, which can improve how you feel as you complete activities of daily living. The body's core muscles-- the abs, back, and hips-- are the focus. All levels from athletes to active older adults can benefit from Pilates. Exercises are also designed to unite body and mind.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*.
