Water Fitness General

A medium impact water class designed to provide cardiovascular conditioning, improved muscle tone and improved balance.  It is a total body workout without the stress of land based exercise.

Bodypump/Les Mills Core General

Due to sanitizing times built into the schedule, Bodypump and CXWORX will be combined into one class. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through warm-up to shoulders with scientifically proven moves and techniques. Transitioning into CXWORX to help you strengthen and tone your core. While pumping out great music, instructors will encourage, motivate, and assist you in achieving much more than training on your own! 

Yoga Spirit, Mind, Body

Build a strong body, mind, and spirit through Yoga. This class incorporates Yoga postures, breathing exercises, and a focused mind to improve balance and flexibility.

Each week you will experience a unique total body workout using various pieces of resistance equipment including weights, bands and bars.

A weight lifting based class with a wide variety of equipment to aid in resistance, such as bands, dumbbells, bar and weights, xertubes etc. You will also find intervals of cardio between sets of upper and lower body sequences.

Enhance Fitness is a fitness class for Active Older Adults, especially those with Arthritis, to help improve strength and range of motion for daily tasks.

Strengthen your core and and increase flexibility with Pilates. This class uses a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises to improve muscle tone, muscle balance, posture and flexibility, which can improve how you feel as you complete activities of daily living. The body's core muscles-- the abs, back, and hips-- are the focus. All levels from athletes to active older adults can benefit from Pilates. Exercises are also designed to unite body and mind.

Challenge Your Fashion Presented by Pro Athlete features current and former athletes from your favorite local sports teams walking the runway with Challenger athletes and volunteers. Enjoy cocktails, silent and live auctions, dinner, a fashion show and live music during this great night for a great cause.
