Each week you will experience a unique total body workout using various pieces of resistance equipment including weights, bands and bars.

A weight lifting based class with a wide variety of equipment to aid in resistance, such as bands, dumbbells, bar and weights, xertubes etc. You will also find intervals of cardio between sets of upper and lower body sequences.

Enhance Fitness is a fitness class for Active Older Adults, especially those with Arthritis, to help improve strength and range of motion for daily tasks.
