The Civil War Troost Divide tour is a one stop shop American History in a nutshell 1.5 miles walking tour. From an African American perspective one generation removed from The Civil Rights Movement this tour explores the Santa Fe Trail, the Civil War, the City Beautiful Movement, blockbusting, redlining, African American Business and the Mafia. Designed by landscape architect George Kessler, join us as we investigate this historic location and hear of those who have played a major role in the shaping of America’s History and were laid to rest at Forest Hill.
