Eating Smart•Being Active offers research-based information about nutrition, physical activity, food safety and making the most of your food dollars. It is a FREE program provided by University of Missouri Extension Family Nutrition Education Programs. Interactive lessons focus on simple messages related to food, nutrition and tips for feeding your family. Lessons include free food tastings and items that reinforce lesson topics. A certificate of completion will also be awarded at the end of the program.

Parent's Day Out is a program for children ages 3-5 to engage in social interaction with other children their age while giving parents the opportunity to attend to everyday tasks. Each day there will be open play, age-appropriate activities, crafts and a snack.

Join Kathy for grilled burgers and gold croquet. Meet at 5 p.m. in the Y lobby or at the location Please bring a side dish to share. The cost is $2 when you register at the Welcome Center (to help off-set the main dish) and $5 at the door to play.

Join in on the fun! Participants will learn basic Pom dance techniques and routines, in a fun safe atmosphere. Each student will receive a t-shirt. Participants will also have opportunities to perform at YMCA events and a showcase.

Our highly trained instructors give kids and teens a safe, supportive environment for learning the fundamentals of tumbling. Tumblers work on balance, flexibility and routines, building from basic moves to more advanced techniques for older kids. No previous experience required.
