JUST KEEP SWIMMING
Swim Club provides an opportunity for swimmers ages 5-18 to work on strokes, build endurance and participate in meets in a positive and fun semi-competitive atmosphere.
FEES: Vary by location
Our Swim Club programs are semi-competitive groups where kids ages 5-18 can work on strokes, build endurance and participate in friendly swim meets. Swim Club programs are more recreational than our Swim Teams. Kids who have completed swim lessons and can swim 25 yards unassisted are able to participate.
With weekly practices and free, optional meets with area Ys throughout the year when possible, Swim Club offers opportunities to learn, grow and thrive through instruction, coaching and social interaction. Kids build self-esteem as they learn starts and turns, improve strokes and work as a team.

Swim Conditioning
Aquatic Conditioning is one offering from the competitive pathway students can pursue following YMCA swim lessons. The program focuses on continuing to build endurance and stroke technique on all major competitive strokes and encourages swimming as part of a healthy lifestyle.
