Riverside residents can join the Y for $14.75 per Adult, $22.75 per Household or $6.25 per Teen. In addition to the many great offerings at the Riverside Community Center, you can also experience the Y at any of our 13 locations throughout the greater Kansas City area.

SilverSneakers I Classic Active Older Adults

SilverSneakers® I Classic: Have fun and make friends in this class! Increase strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated or standing support.

Silver Sneakers Yoga Active Older Adults

Silver Sneakers Yoga will improve your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
