Les Mills On Demand: 100+ workouts include high-intensity interval training, dance fitness workouts, BODYCOMBAT Invincible program, mindfulness practices to ease stress, children's workouts for ages 4-16 and a post-partum series.
MOSSA Move: A selection of 8 workouts designed with options to choose the intensity right for you. Combine cardio and strength programs to maximize results! Go to the "Free Workouts" section to get started.
YMCA at Home: Thrive, play and be well with videos including fitness classes, fun and healthy activities for the whole family, and wellness to keep your mind healthy and strong.
Matrix Master Trainer: These short videos give you an easy to follow plan and instructions for a full workout at home. Options range from stretching to high-intensity interval training to abs, and more.
12 Day Fitness Challenge: With this YMCA of Greater Kansas City video series, you'll start with one exercise on the first day, add another the next day, and build up to a workout of 12 exercises on the last day.
