Adults (15+) – Open Division
Youth (ages 7–14) – Must pass swim test before event and have height checked on spin bike
🕗 EVENT TIME
First heat starts at 8:00 a.m.
(Heat notice will be provided before race day.)
⏱ EVENT FORMAT
ADULT DIVISION
- Swim: 15 minutes
- Bike: 15 minutes
- Run: 15 minutes (on treadmill)
YOUTH DIVISION
- Swim: 5 minutes
- Bike: 10 minutes
- Run: 5 minutes (on treadmill)
💵 REGISTRATION FEES
Adults (15+): $45
Youth (ages 7–14): $35
🗓 REGISTRATION DEADLINES
Final registration deadline: December 2, 2025
Register by November 20, 2025, to guarantee your event T-shirt
