Results help guide continuous improvement and staff training tailored to individual needs. Our programs are licensed by state childcare regulations, ensuring safety and compliance through unannounced inspections.
Our staff undergoes thorough background checks, including FBI fingerprints and drug testing. All staff are trained in child abuse prevention, CPR, first aid and communicable disease management. Additionally, each completes 30 hours of annual professional development, promoting our core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
