Ready for new career in health and wellness? Want to start your own personal training services? The Y offers Certified Personal Training (CPT) instruction, accredited through NASM that can help you become a nationally-certified trainer. Becoming a CPT can lead to rewarding work in health and fitness, helping make a difference in people’s lives. Register by March 12, 2024.
Class is every Tuesday and Thursday from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Lazy Man Triathlon

The Lazy Man Triathlon is a month-long challenge for everyone! Participants will have the opportunity to complete a full IRONMAN throughout the course of April.
- Swimming 2.4 miles
- Biking 112 miles
- Running 26.2 miles
- All at your own pace and in your own time

At the Y, we know parents need a break from time to time. With Kids Night Out, parents enjoy a night out while kids engage in fun and safe activities at the Y. Kids enjoy games, crafts, dinner, swimming and more!
Teen Night - Linwood

Join us at the Linwood YMCA/James B. Nutter, Sr. Community Center for Teen Night every 4th Friday! This event is for grades 6-12. Activities include dinner, swimming, basketball, volleyball, arts and crafts, board games and a monthly themed activity.
