Zumba General

This workout combines high energy and motivating music with synchronized dance movements designed for any fitness level. Zumba incorporates Salsa, Hip-Hop, Meringue, Cha-Cha, Belly dancing, Flamenco and more in a cardio format that makes exercising fun.
