We will lead you through a workout comprised of hill climbing, flat terrain and aerobic intervals. Each workout is different as the instructor picks the terrain and sets the goals for each class.

Pound Choreographed Cardio

Drum along to a slammin' soundtrack using Ripstix - weighted drumsticks designed to transform drumming into an intense, fat burning, full body interval workout that will leave you dripping sweat. This workout zones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and bottom, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

Insanity Live Cardio

You’ll be ripping through the most heart-pumping, muscle shredding, sweat dripping, high-intensity cardio workout ever to find out what you’re really made of. Zumba Gold Active Older Adults

Zumba for the active adult population or the true beginning Zumba participant, this class uses the same fun Zumba recipe and is a combination of fast and slow synchronized movements designed to keep you in shape and burn calories and have fun! The class is set to great music to keep you motivated.

This total-body workout helps you increase muscle tone through muscular endurance exercises. Each class challenges your muscles with exercises using various pieces of resistance equipment including weights, bands, body bars, and more. High repetitions and low weight help tone muscles. You'll also work on proper technique.

WERQ Instructors build a playlist based on trendsetting pop and hip hop music. Each week a couple new routines are introduced, so you get to WERQ the routines you know and challenge yourself with ones you’re learning.
