Cancer is life-changing, but you don’t have to face it alone. LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a free, 12-week wellness program designed to help cancer survivors, whether you’re newly diagnosed, in treatment, or years into remission, rebuild your strength in spirit, mind, and body.
You’ll connect with others who understand your journey, guided by caring, certified staff who tailor support to your needs.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00–2:30 PM
