Join us for our second Natural Grocers class and take advantage of great information you will learn during this FUN and INTERACTIVE class. The class will focus on Natural Hacks to Support Memory. While age-related cognitive decline might seem inevitable, it doesn't have to be! The formula for supporting our brain and our memory is simple. Discover how good nutrition and healthy habits can support our memory throughout our lifespan. There will be samples to try.

This class will be held at the Olathe YMCA.

Barnum was a visionary who rose from nothing to create "The Greatest Show on Earth," a spectacle and celebration of his larger-than-life imagination that captivated audiences around the globe.

Grab your friends and get locked into a room. Your group will have on hour to complete the puzzle. Don't worry if you get stuck; you can ask for hints that will help along the way. The objective is simple: try to get out within the allotted time. After this adventure, we will have a buffet lunch at K&M BAR-B-Q in Springhill. The cost includes admission to the Escape House, buffet lunch, gratuity and staff escort. Transportation is on our own, but carpooling will be available. Space is limited. Stop by the Welcome Center and secure your spot. No refunds after March 12 unless a replacement is found for your spot.
