Tri at the Y Indoor Triathlon

Get active this spring as you swim, bike and run during our indoor triathlon. Distances are tracked per activity within the designated time periods.

AGE GROUPS: Adults 15+ (Open); Youth ages 7-14  (must have passed swim test prior to event and height checked on spin bike); Modified ages 15+

TIME: First heat starts at 8 a.m. (Heat notice will be given).

ADULT - Swim: 15 minutes/Bike: 15 minutes/Run: 15 minutes
YOUTH - Swim: 5 minutes/Bike: 10 minutes/Run: 800m
MODIFIED - Swim: 10 minutes/Bike: 5 minutes/Walk: 10 minutes

Award presentation immediately following the Kid's Triathlon event.

Adults: $45 Y members/$55 Community Participants
Youth: $30 Y Members/$40 Community Participants
Modified: $30 Y Members/$40 Community Participants

Registration deadline to receive a shirt: October 7
