Facility Updates Are Here!

We have some exciting news to share! New fitness equipment and facility updates are complete! This refreshed fitness area provides an even better experience for our members.

Our new equipment is state-of-the-art, designed to enhance your workouts and keep you motivated on your wellness journey.

The refresh includes:

• New rubber flooring instead of carpet.
• New strength equipment, including Precor selectorized equipment, Nautilus half rack and platform, adjustable benches for lifting, a plate-loaded Nautilus glute drive machine, push sled and more.
• New cardio equipment, including Precor ellipticals with moving arms and Precor recumbent cycles.
• New paint in the fitness area.

At the Y, we're here to help you achieve your fitness goals in a welcoming and supportive environment. Your membership also includes three free coaching sessions to help you start strong, at any stage of your wellness journey. We truly believe that being part of the Y community goes beyond just a gym membership. It's about belonging to a supportive community that cheers you on every step of the way.
