Time: 3-4 p.m.
Cost: $30/week for members, $45/week for community participants
Keep kids active this summer with a new youth program at Platte County Community Center South! Kids in Motion is a fun, energetic program designed to help children ages 7-12 build strong movement foundations through targeted, age-appropriate activities.
Each day of the week focuses on a specific area of physical development, including speed, agility, strength, flexibility and coordination through sports-based games.

- Monday - Speed and Agility
- Tuesday - Calisthenics/Resistance Training
- Wednesday - Flexibility
- Thursday - Speed, Agility and Plyometrics
- Friday - Sports Day/Fun Competitions: New activity or sport that applies the lessons learned throughout the week.
