Enhance Fitness Active Older Adults

Enhance Fitness is a fitness class for Active Older Adults, especially those with Arthritis, to help improve strength and range of motion for daily tasks.

Pilates Spirit, Mind, Body

11:15am - 12:15pm (1 hrs)

Strengthen your core and and increase flexibility with Pilates. This class uses a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises to improve muscle tone, muscle balance, posture and flexibility, which can improve how you feel as you complete activities of daily living. The body's core muscles-- the abs, back, and hips-- are the focus. All levels from athletes to active older adults can benefit from Pilates. Exercises are also designed to unite body and mind.

Barre Spirit, Mind, Body

Barre combines elements of Pilates, ballet & modern dance. It utilizes isometric & strength elements at the ballet barre and on the mat to define and lengthen lean muscles.

Cycle Cycling

Motivating instruction and driving music will keep you energized as we bring an outdoor cycle experience in doors. We will lead you through a workout comprised of hill climbing, flat terrain and aerobic intervals. Each workout is different as the instructor picks the terrain and sets the goals for each class.

We will lead you through a workout comprised of hill climbing, flat terrain and aerobic intervals. Each workout is different as the instructor picks the terrain and sets the goals for each class.

BODYPUMP - Les Mills Strength Training

9:45am - 10:45am (1 hrs)

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more!

Balance Spirit, Mind, Body

Balance: Develop the skills and strength to maintain and recover balance for activities of daily living.  Execute body movements and exercises with the help of a variety of exercise tools in a station-by-station format.

BODYPUMP - Les Mills Strength Training

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*. Silver Sneakers Classic Active Older Adults

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

Strength Conditioning Strength Training

Strength Conditioning: Work all your muscle groups with a variety of different exercises and equipment. This class involves a warm up, total body workout and stretching. Learn the proper way to lift weights in order to tone and strengthen your muscles.

Yoga Spirit, Mind, Body

Build a strong body, mind, and spirit through Yoga. This class incorporates Yoga postures, breathing exercises, and a focused mind to improve balance and flexibility.

Interval Training Strength Training

Vary your intensity levels throughout this class to maximize your workout results. Each interval will provide a new challenge to help you improve strength, cardio and endurance. Intervals may include Step, Bosu, stability ball, kickboxing, strength training and more.
