At the Y, we know parents need a break from time to time. With Kids Night Out, parents enjoy a night out while kids engage in fun and safe activities at the Y. Kids enjoy games, crafts, dinner, swimming and more centered around a unique monthly theme.

The Dementia Live™ program provides an "inside-out" understanding of dementia enabling participants to experience and feel what it might be like to struggle with any level of cognitive impairment. The experience takes 30 minutes to complete.
