This total-body workout helps you increase muscle tone through muscular endurance exercises. Each class challenges your muscles with exercises using various pieces of resistance equipment including weights, bands, body bars, and more. High repetitions and low weight help tone muscles. Motivating instruction and driving music will keep you energized as we bring an outdoor cycle experience in doors. We will lead you through a workout comprised of hill climbing, flat terrain and aerobic intervals. Each workout is different as the instructor picks the terrain and sets the goals for each class.

Swim Team Pool Activities

3:00pm - 5:00pm (2 hrs)
Lap Pool (Bonner HS) with Staff

Swim Team is for ages 5 to 18, and practices focus on coaching with minimal instruction. Practices are a minimum of 240 minutes a week. Coaches are registered and certified with Missouri Valley Swimming and complete a coach safety training.

Open Swim Open/Lap Swim

3:00pm - 5:00pm (2 hrs)
Lap Pool (1 Lane) with Staff

During open swim, the pool is available for non-lap activities and relaxation. Enjoy the pool independently or have family time to play together in the pool.

Our swim lessons are about more than just the techniques and skills. They are about nurturing swimming skills, developing self-esteem and creating positive experiences that will last a lifetime.
