Get active this fall as you swim, bike and run during our indoor triathlon. Distances are tracked per activity within the designated period. Award presentation immediately following the 10 a.m. Kid's Triathlon event. AGE GROUPS: Adults 15+ (Open); Youth ages 7-14 (must have passed swim test prior to event and height checked on spin bike); Active Older Adults 60+ (Modified)

The primary purpose of the American Red Cross Basic Lifeguarding Instructor Course is to train instructors to teach the basic-level American Red Cross Lifeguarding courses. Register by February 2.
Saturday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
At the Y, we know parents need a break from time to time. With Kids Night Out, parents enjoy a night out while kids engage in fun and safe activities at the Y. Kids enjoy games, crafts, dinner, swimming and more centered around a unique monthly theme.
Gain the skills to save a life in American Red Cross Lifeguard Training. In this course for ages 15 and older, learn how to keep people safe in and around the pool. The comprehensive course offers up-to-date information on how to guard by anticipating and preventing problems before they occur and how to take action to help those in danger when necessary. The course includes accident prevention, guarding techniques, pool management and even more safety skills.
