Water fitness classes are for individuals of every age and level of ability. Workouts can be adapted to the intensity level that fits your goals. Classes are held in both shallow and deep water in the comfort of our heated indoor pools. All classes are led by our water fitness instructors.

Water fitness classes are included free with your Y membership unless otherwise indicated. No sign-up is required. Classes are first come, first served.
