BODYPUMP Express - Les Mills Strength Training

Strengthen your core and and increase flexibility with Pilates. This class uses a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises to improve muscle tone, muscle balance, posture and flexibility, which can improve how you feel as you complete activities of daily living. The body's core muscles-- the abs, back, and hips-- are the focus. All levels from athletes to active older adults can benefit from Pilates. Exercises are also designed to unite body and mind.

Yoga Fusion Spirit, Mind, Body

Based on Vinyassa yoga, which means the style of movement, this class connects breath, body, and is rooted in ancient wisdom. This continuous movement, sweaty yoga, core-influenced ( and sometimes challenging) class will open your heart, hips, and mind.  Come prepared to hear happy fun music which creates an energetic atmosphere and unforgettable experience.

Zumba Cardio

Enjoy fun, low impact exercise as you move through a variety of exercises designed for active older adults. Increase your muscular strength and range of movement, which will help you with activities of daily living. Due to sanitizing times built into the schedule, Bodypump and CXWORX will be combined into one class. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through warm-up to shoulders with scientifically proven moves and techniques. Transitioning into CXWORX to help you strengthen and tone your core. While pumping out great music, instructors will encourage, motivate, and assist you in achieving much more than training on your own! 

Barre Bootcamp General
