Tina
Weaver

Executive Director

Tina Weaver is an experienced and passionate executive driven by cause-driven results. She offers an entrepreneurial spirit through innovation, inclusion, management and staff development with a strong ability in programming and cultivating key partnerships for strategic development and growth. She has a diverse portfolio of skill sets that include strategic planning, operational effectiveness, strategic alliances, shared services and advocacy.

Tina joined the North Kansas City Y from the YMCA of Western North Carolina in August of 2018. In North Carolina, she served as association director of program development, association director of sports and healthy living director. She currently serves as the YUSA National LGBTQ+ Chair.

Serving our community to help it reach it fullest potential, building bridges and finding common goals is what Tina likes most about being at the Y.

Tina has a bachelor’s in sports management and event and facility management from Western Carolina University and a Master of Business Administration from Lakeland College.

Rachel
Brame

Rachel Brame

DIRECTORA SENIOR DEL CENTRO ACUÁTICO

Para Rachel, la mejor parte de su trabajo es ver a la gente disfrutar del agua y ver a niños y adultos superar su miedo al agua en las clases de natación. Antes de unirse al YMCA del Norte de Kansas City, Rachel fue la salvavidas principal en el Centro Comunitario del Sur del Condado de Platte operado por la YMCA, desde marzo de 2007 a enero de 2014 y Directora del Centro Acuático en el YMCA de Red Bridge Family. También trabajó para Hannibal YMCA como la Coordinadora del Centro Acuático mientras asistía a la Universidad Hannibal LaGrange, donde obtuvo un título en Gestión de Recreación. Durante el verano de 2012, trabajó como Pasante de Promociones para el equipo de béisbol Kansas City T-Bones. Rachel creció en Kansas City, MO.

Maggie
Little

Senior Healthy Living Director

As Senior Healthy Living Director, Maggie enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life and helping them meet their goals. Maggie began her career at the Y in 2012, working as a youth exercise instructor, personal trainer and group exercise instructor. In May 2015, she became the Healthy Living Director at the Paul Henson Family YMCA. In November 2016, she moved into her current role, providing association-wide resources for healthy living. 

Maggie grew up in Kansas and Alabama and graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration. She is an ACE certified personal trainer and YMCA certified group exercise instructor. Outside of work, Maggie enjoys camping, kayaking and cheering for the Kansas City Royals and Kansas Jayhawks.
